Other Details to Note

Please treat this space as you would your own home. Parties are not permitted and any additional guests not listed on the reservation require prior approval. Report any damages or issues as they occur. A gas grill is available on the back porch. There are cameras present on the exterior of home and barn. Guests will not have access to the garage or barn on the property. Towels provided are for indoor use only. Please bring personal towels for lake and outdoor use. The lake water levels drop in late fall through the winter. The dock will not be accessible during winter until approx. March. There are still water views in the cove to enjoy. Please review photos of November & January that show the fall and winter views.

This property is located in a quiet country setting of Estill Springs, Tn. The home is located at the end of a gravel road. The property offers complete privacy upon entering the driveway through the gate. The location is 10 minutes to Downtown Winchester that has a charming town square with restaurants and cute local shops. Our favorite restaurants are Filos Tavern for a nicer ambiance with upscale food & drinks, Jeffersons for a casual family meal, & Walnut Hill Coffee for coffee & breakfast. There are a couple different grocery stores, Walmart, and other shopping that are located approx 12 minutes away.

The place is beautiful, tucked at the end of a cove at the end of an inlet. Very secluded and private, which was nice. Zach was very proactive and accommodating during our stay. We had some questions and he responded very quickly. Highly recommend this house for a stay.

Amazing place and stay. Hosts were attentive and friendly tho we had zero issues. Amazing sunsets that come right through the private cove. Private setting, fire pit - all so awesome.

This is a great house to host your family! The upstairs was spacious and open. We were able to all eat together because of the large dining table and we were able to hang out in living room area and play our nightly games. (Although all of us would not have fit in the living room, but the overflow sat at the dining room table. It was great. The downstairs was fabulous. Great rooms! There is a small kitchen that we never used. But we sure used the pool table and ping pong table! Our kids/grandkids engaged in the fun downstairs much of the time that we were not out on the boat or dock. There was also a basketball set up that was very popular. My one negative for us was the dock is small. There is something about a spacious dock for us that is really sweet. But we made it work. We had one of those huge Lily pad thing. But if the dock is an issue, just know it’s perfect for 4-6 people. They had canoes there too. The fishing was very fun. I totally recommend.
